He has done business in many countries across Asia, Africa and Latin America, and has expertise in strategic sourcing of chemicals from China, having been based in Shanghai for over 3 years and having personally audited more than 200 companies.

Bish has hands on experience of import-export and local trading of chemicals in India for over 15 years. He has thorough knowledge of the entire trade cycle including documentation, logistics and payments.

Medha worked at the Investment Banking Division of JP Morgan Bank at London in credit risk. She carried out credit risk evaluations for multibillion deals at the bank using credit models and was involved in managing customer relationships with large corporates.
